Their personnel and technicians are friendly knowledgeable and anxious to help. They were prompt, answered any questions that I had and did the job right the first time. I had an issue with a wifi extender, called Patrick, and within a couple of hours I had a new one installed in my house. You just can't beat service like that!!
Sparklight so far has been much faster and more affordable than my previous internet service. Jacob Davis was the tech that had come and installed the line for the connection and was very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with my 2 little boys throwing fits while he was here. A few days later the bury crew came to bury the line and broke the connection on accident and I was able to get back in touch with Jacob and he was able to help me set up a time to have the crew come back out to inspect and fix the line at no extra charge to me! The tech that came a hurried the line was apologetic and nice as well. You absolutely cannot beat the customer service! The internet speed/price is also quite worth it!
Great service and communication during installation process. One thing to keep in mind is technicians will not enter an attic that is not spray foam insulated in the afternoon if ambient temps are in the 90s.
The services are great I have not had one mishap at all and my technician that came out to set everything up was great as well!!! I will not go with anyone else!!
Sparklight is fast and reliable, well worth the money! I've got a mesh network, as well. When I run a speed test with my phone, i'm informed I can stream multiple devices, use my computer for business and gaming all at the same time and it's monthly. That is perfect for me, thanks Sparklight!
Installer didn’t do a great job but when the big boss came out (how about that!) he made the installer come back and do it right. Now that’s a great company!
I'm not getting more than 150Mbps up or down on a 1Gb plan and, at the end of my six months, I WILL be downgrading. Now, of course, if you make ALL of your plans unlimited, tomorrow, I'll downgrade the moment I find out. I don't understand this ceiling in the first place.
Now, all of that being explained, I don't NEED 150Mbps up or down, I just need a good enough rate to allow me to upload and download without having to wait ten hours to do it.
On T-Mobile, I had an average download of 25Mbps and upload of 2.5Mbps. These were unacceptable, but I don't even need all that much more power. 25Mbps up AND down would be sufficient, as long as it held true.
Your plans are also too expensive, though NOT ridiculously so. $45/month plus equipment cost is way too expensive for 100Mbps up/down, $55/month plus equipment cost is pretty darn nice for 300Mbps up/down. Since I don't actually need 1Gbps, I won't care about $85/month although, since that will become the industry standard within the year, though it should still be dropped in cost when it DOES become the industry standard, to about $50-60/month.
Considering the Internet I had before I joined Sparklight, I'm fairly satisfied; now, if I could just get you to stop the silliness concerning your Gig limits, and it is silly, that would be even better.
